WARRANTY REQUESTS

If your Killer Look  product stops working because of a manufacturing or material flaw, you can submit a warranty request for product replacement on the Killer Hair website. We need your name, email address, phone number, residential address, product type and colour, serial number, retail store where you bought the product, the date of that purchase, proof of purchase (such as an image of the receipt of purchase), reason for the warranty request, and any additional information you wish to provide in order to process your request. This data is used to process your warranty coverage request.

 

CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

When you enter a contest or take part in a promotion, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and any other information or content you choose to provide, such as your social media handle, profile picture, and any public posts or comments you make about our contest on social media networks.
